We are all spiritually connected. To varying degrees, our experiences are universal. Through love, heartache, peace and discontent, we are given the opportunity to change our lives. Shelia Dennis King, born in Montgomery, Alabama, but raised in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, is also the author of The Awakening from Caterpillar to Butterfly.
Her knowledge and studies on relationships came primarily from writing a column for Sacramento Singles Newspaper entitled ?Dear Shelia?. She acknowledges the ?school of life? for providing the most valuable training. Where there is no set course or specific standards of achievement in order to successfully graduate.
She currently resides in California with her husband and children.
