About the Author
I am an experienced cook, with numerous creative recipes. Some of my recipes have been published in different magazines, including Better Homes and Gardens, plus I am the author of Magic Salsa Cookbook. In high school I learned more about cooking in home economics classes. I have two years' experience as a cook in the military, and I trained for one and a half years to be a cook at a technical and trade college in Los Angeles. I worked as a cook in a few restaurants in the '70's, but now, cooking is a big hobby of mine; creating recipes is a challenge I love.
