About the Author

He was the founder and president of Performance Health and Fitness, Inc., a personal training and corporate on-site wellness company, for 8 years. David has conducted wellness lectures and programs for many organizations including U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Food and Drug Administration, Champion Jog Bra, Inc., and The National Speech, Hearing, and Language Association. He was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach with the NFL?s Baltimore Ravens and The United States Olympic Bobsled Team, where he co-authored their strength training and recruiting manual.
