The members of the iUniverse executive management team have experience with some of the world's leading traditional publishers including Simon & Schuster, Macmillan and Pearson.

Their wide range of core competencies in publishing, marketing, sales, production, technology and editorial services provide iUniverse authors with the guidance essential in making their publishing experience a complete success.

Bill Becher, Senior Vice President, Production Services and Output Operations

Becher has led service organizations from a variety of executive positions throughout his career. His leadership background ranges from serving as an associate partner at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and a national partner at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting to the vice president of professional services and program management for PowerWay, Inc. Becher earned a degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame. As senior vice president of production services and output operations at Author Solutions, Becher leads production, customer service, digital content management and distribution.

Craig Lupinacci, Senior Vice President, Global Sales

Lupinacci has more than 25 years of sales management and leadership experience. Prior to joining Author Solutions, he held the position of director of international sales with Ingram Content Group, the world’s largest distributor of content to retailers, libraries and schools. He has held other executive leadership positions; as SVP at Gilchrist & Soames, senior director of sales for International Data Group and VP of sales at Macmillan Publishers. Lupinacci also brings experience from his leadership roles at Pearson Education, Simon & Schuster and Paramount Communications.

Craig holds a degree in business administration and management from Southern Connecticut State University.

As senior vice president of global sales, Lupinacci leads our international sales teams’ efforts to serve authors’ publishing and book marketing needs.

Keith Ogorek, Senior Vice President, Marketing

Ogorek's career in marketing ranges from account service to creative director and vice president of new product development. He has held executive positions with various organizations and advertising agencies, including St. Joseph Bank and Trust, McCaffrey and McCall, and Bates World Wide, an agency with offices in 84 countries. He later worked as a communications consultant for churches, nonprofits, agencies, and businesses, including AuthorHouse. Ogorek is also the author of A Clear View, which he published through AuthorHouse, and he writes an industry thought-leader blog called Indie Book Writers.

Bruce Bunner, Vice President, Global Sales

Bunner has a varied and extensive background in sales and sales management. Since 2001, he has worked in publishing sales, sales management, product development and marketing for various self-publishing companies, such as AuthorHouse and Xlibris. Before joining Author Solutions he worked in various sales management positions including both business to business and business to consumer fields. His experience in self-publishing and book marketing adds depth to the services iUniverse provides to authors worldwide.
