Please follow the easy steps below to submit your manuscript by mail. We'll contact you once we receive your submission.

1.  Publishing Agreements

  • Print two copies of your agreement:

  • Read the agreement carefully.
  • Sign both copies (keep one for yourself).
  • Include a signed copy in your submission package.

 

2.  Title Submission Form

  • The Title Submission Form (TSF) is the document wherein you provide us with the information we need to publish your book.
  • Open the saved TSF file and type your information into each field.  Remember to save as you work!
  • Save the completed TSF file to your computer and to the disk that you will mail to us.
  • Print two copies of the TSF.
  • Sign both copies (keep one for yourself).
  • Include the electronic TSF file on a disk and a printed, signed copy of the TSF within your submission package.

 

 

3.  Cover Graphics

You may send us graphics for use on the cover of your book.  For example an author photo for the back cover or a graphic for our designers' use or reference for the front cover.  Graphics must be sent in acceptable electronic formats.  For more information, please review:

 

 

4.  Payment

Each iUniverse publishing program has fees for services.  The amount of your payment is determined by the publishing fee for the program you choose, how you choose to submit (by mail or online), and other services you request.

Mail submissions for all programs can be paid for by credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover), check or money order.  Please note:  If you have already purchased your publishing package, you will need to include your order number in the Payment section of your Title Submission Form.

 

 

5.  Direct Deposit Form

You can authorize the direct deposit of your royalty payments at the time of your submission*.  After your book is published and it's time for royalty statements, we'll deposit your royalty payment directly into your account, regardless of the dollar amount!

*Please note: The direct deposit form must be printed and sent separately via postal mail to our corporate office.  Directions are included in the form.

 

 

6.   Checklist

You've downloaded and printed the forms.  You've saved your manuscript template to disk.  Now it's time to send in your package.  Check to be sure you have included all the required elements:

  • Publishing agreement (printed, signed)
  • Title submission form (on disk and printed, signed)
  • Book manuscript (on disk)
  • Cover graphic, if applicable (on disk)
  • Payment (check, money order or credit card information)
  • Payment confirmation page (if purchased online)

 

 

7.  Mail it to iUniverse

Please note:  All physical materials sent to us become the property of iUniverse.  If you decide not to continue with the publication process, we will not retain rights to use the material, but iUniverse cannot return any paper documents, manuscripts, photos or disks.  Please do not send iUniverse your valuable original of any materials!
