Award-Winning iUniverse Author Julia Park Tracey Rides the Wave of Great Publishing

A woman constantly aspiring for greatness, Julia Park Tracey is an award-winning writer, editor, and journalist. She is the editor and conservator of the Doris Diaries, a multimedia women’s history project of authentic diaries form the 1920s through the 1940s. She also has an award-winning blog, Modern Muse, which was named the best multimedia site by the San Francisco – East Bay Press Club in 2010.
Her book I’ve Got Some Lovin’ to Do: The Diaries of a Roaring Twenties Teen (1925-1926), a memoir in honor of her great aunt Doris Bailey, recently gained recognition from The San Francisco Book Festival and the 2013 Next Generation Indie Book Awards. It also received the coveted Rising Star Award from iUniverse Publishing.
Tracey also republished Tongues of Angels to celebrate the tenth anniversary of its original publication. More of the adventures and tales of Doris Bailey are about be uncovered as the author is currently preparing the second volume in The Doris Diaries series entitled Reaching for the Moon: More Diaries of a Roaring Twenties Teen (1927-1929).
