Shipping Information

iUniverse is a print-on-demand publisher, which means your order will be printed specifically for you. Softcover books spend three days in production before shipping, and hardcover, dustjacket books take eight to ten days in production before shipping. After the production phase, your books are shipped via Express Shipping from LaVergne, Tenn. We offer One-Day Shipping and Two-Day Shipping as shipping alternatives at an additional charge. When selecting the One-Day or the Two-Day Shipping option, you understand the books will ship after the designated production time. (Example, One-Day Shipping on a paperback book will arrive approximately five days after the order has been processed. Example, Two-Day Shipping on a hardcover book will arrive approximately nine-eleven days after the order has been processed.) If you select Standard Shipping, your books will be shipped via USPS Media Mail which is not insurable. Delivery time could take up to three to four weeks and if the books do not make it to the destination or are damaged, they cannot be replaced.

For international orders, IMEX International Economy Shipping is not recommended. These orders cannot be tracked or insured and can take up to four weeks for delivery. If the books do not arrived or are damaged, they cannot be replaced. The recommended shipping option is the UPS Worldwide Express, as this is a trackable shipping method. Delivery time depends on location.

Due to the nature of our business, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled or changed. Titles are nonreturnable.
