Murphy’s Letters to Grandma

About the Book

Murphy was a gift to me from a friend who knew that I liked bunnies. I cannot remember how I acquired Marco. Sometimes they didn’t get along. Murphy could be very naughty, and he would blame Marco for his bad behavior. I had to give Murphy some time-outs.

About the Author

I grew up in Hamburg, New York where fierce winter weather forces you to read every book in the house. I graduated from Michigan State University. I have a teaching credential from UCLA. I was a bilingual teacher for 35 years for the Los Angeles Unified School District and taught many grade levels. My last years were in First Grade. I enjoyed teaching children how to read. I have always loved books and reading. In addition to a list of over 100+ books I have read in recent years, I willingly admit to reading National Geographic and Reader’s Digest for 40 years and counting. I live in California and spend way too much time playing USTA Team Tennis at my local tennis club.
