About the Author
MacArthur Burton was a senior manager for the United States Air Force for 30 years. After retiring from the Air Force, he worked in both private and public organizations. He founded Burton’s Training Accents LLC, which is based in Waldorf, MD. He and his wife have three children, and seven grandchildren. He previously published two other books, “Management Out of the Blue,” and “The 3-Ships of Success.”
