About the Author

Seldon B. Graham, Jr. has 54 years experience as a petroleum engineer, and is a Legion of Honor Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He has 38 years experience as an oil and gas attorney, board certified in oil, gas and mineral law from 1986 to 2001. He has 33 years experience as an Army officer on active duty and in the active reserve, retiring as a Colonel.

Sel graduated from the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York in 1951, the US Army Command & General Staff College in 1965, the Industrial College of the Armed Forces in 1968, the University of Texas Law School in 1970, the US Army War College in 1973, and the US Air Force Air War College in 1977.
