He was born in 1956 in Upland, California. Since 1989, David and his wife Carol have worked as a team to publish The Montanian.
The Latham family also includes a son, Sky, and a foster son, Jason Jay Worley. David has two grown daughters, Kelda and Dolli, by a previous marriage.
