ARE YOU A CHARACTER IN MY BOOK ? This journal is just a book of memories. It is quite possible that YOU are a character in my book. I have met so many wonderful people in my lifetime, and yes, some just for a brief moment in time. Could you be someone who has passed my way? I am writing this from my memories and in great detail so therefore it is quite possible that you will recognize yourself on the pages of this book . Perhaps I went to school with you in my early years. Perhaps I have worked with you in my early years, had your child as a student in vacation bible school where I was a volunteer, attended church camp or revival with you or sang gospel music in your church. Maybe while I was in the health-care field I transported you to the hospital, took care of you or a loved-one when you were sick, or cared for someone you knew. Maybe we worked along side of each other in the workplace while we were just trying to make a living. Perhaps I am that young girl(woman) you stopped to help when I wrecked my car, ran out of gas, had a flat, or was broken down alongside of the road. Perhaps you were that “ANGEL” that God sent to restore my faith in mankind. Curious minds want to know. ARE YOU A CHARACTER IN MY BOOK?.

Pamela ( Turley ) Porter, is from the rolling hills of West Virginia and is currently an unknown author. But she is ready to live a DREAM. She has graduated from the school of hard knocks and is currently teaching others how to believe that life is Good even when the circumstances in life are BAD. She was orphaned at the tender age of 15 months old ( The youngest of 8 siblings. ) She was raised in a little town in West Virginia by Christian couple who were up in their years, but to her they were Mom and Dad.
