About the Book

Manna For the Soul introduces readers of all faiths to a liberal Jewish approach to religion and spirituality while challenging them to explore their own beliefs. The book encourages readers to learn and use the beliefs, customs, history and rituals of their religion to move them to a higher level of spirituality.

Opportunities for encounters with the holy and the Holy are all around us. This book provides insights to help infuse holiness into relationships with people and with God. As the title indicates, this text nourishes the reader with manna for the soul.
