About the Author
Kenneth Kaye, a developmental psychologist and family therapist, is Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Northwestern University Medical School. He has counseled hundreds of parents and now specializes in consulting to family businesses. He has four responsible, affectionate children.
